Hello again everyone! In a previous journal we asked if you guys would want to do a SECRET SANTA! So many people showed their interest in it, and guess what, it will happen after all! 
So some questions should be explained...right? PLEASE READ ALL OF THESE CAREFULLY!
What is this SECRET SANTA?
A secret Santa is basically a gift exchange!
Do I have to PAY to give a gift and then ship it?
Of course not! This gift exchange will only be done through DA only. You can either DRAW a gift or you can WRITE a gift.
This seems fun! How do I join this, and who can join?
To join you must: COMMENT by November 22nd to THIS journal with A LINK to your WISHLIST!!! This deadline WILL NOT be extended! Also, ANYONE can join!
What is a WISHLIST? And how do I make one?
A wishlist is a list of things you would want your Santa to draw/write for you, and it is very easy to make! (MANDATORY)Make your own journal and pick 7 of your favorite hetalia characters and pick 5 of your favorite hetalia pairings. Name off genres you like in case you have a writer for a secret Santa.(OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED)Then pick a few colors you like, objects, foods, animals, places, songs,...etc to give your secret Santa an idea on to what to draw/write for you!
Are nyotalia, 2p, neko...ect allowed?
Yes my poppet...they are if your person wants them.
How will I know who I am the secret Santa to, and by when?
You will receive a note from me (33starrynight33) telling you who your person is on November 23rd. Don't forget, once you receive the name of your person, you must try to keep the fact you're their secret Santa a SECRET!!! CHECK YOUR NOTES ON THIS DAY TOO!
Okay, so once I become a secret Santa and I have a person...I will have to draw or write ALL of my person's favorite characters and pairings?!
Dear goodness NO! The reason why the list will be big is so that you will be able to pick and make your gift more unique! Be creative, after all you'll have many choices to work with 
And also take your time with it, there is enough time to finish.
When will my gift be due?
Your gift will be due on December 20th!!! In your description do not say who your gift is for yet. PLEASE MAKE THIS DEADLINE! It would be horrible for your person to not receive a wonderful gift.
Where will I turn in my secret Santa gift?
There will be a folder marked "Secret Santa gifts" Put it in there. That way the group knows you finished your gift.
When can I tell my person that I was their secret Santa?
You can tell your person on the 22nd of December ^^Any more questions? Please ask!

Clearing Up Some Stuff About Folders

So I'd also like to say a few things.
1. Why can't I access the folders with individual country names?
Because we were moving deviations around. We're still not done but now you're able to submit stuff to the Individual folders. Be careful with submitting and make sure to submit deviations to the correct folder.
I can't stress that enough.
2. Why is Scotland in the OCs Only folder?
Because Scotland hasn't been given an official design.

Language Updates!
Hello everyone, co-founder here! ~belgiumyepplz (https://www.deviantart.com/belgiumyepplz)
The previous update was on the 7th of February, and so I decided to post a new journal for other members to see!
We have a lot of members [now it's up to 700 members!], and some of us might want to have a conversation with someone who can understand your language! However, some members have deactivated their accounts or moved, so I will be excluding them... v.v
As per the original journal says, this will be in Alphabetical Order [A-Z].
